AquaLeo usually ships orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.
How can I order for large quantities of the product as part of a corporate order?

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?
No, AquaLeo will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.

There is an online payment gateway offered by Cashfree to make an online payment.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, AquaLeo doesn't ship items outside of India. However, AquaLeo does allow you to make purchases for your loved ones in India from anywhere in the world by using your international credit or debit cards issued in India. You need to ensure that the Shipping Address is in India.
Do I need to submit any document for products to be delivered to my address?
Generally, there is no need to submit any document for shipping or delivery of your products.
